Hi 👋 saw the Kelly Clarkson episode, and what an amazing job access books has done to help schools in need. I currently work as a school aide in an elementary school in Queens, N.Y. My principal has gave me the task to create a library for our small school, “no pressure😅” and we are an under funded school. Like many schools in NYC who has been impacted by covid, we’ve been one of many due to our students leaving and funds have decreased tremendously. That being said we unfortunately don’t have the means to purchase new books. It would be a great help to receive any refurbished or used books are more then appreciated! Starting a library from scratch is definitely a task I’m willing to take on and make it happen for the kiddos. I hope you can help us in any way, stay safe❤️
Hello, Chris Braunschweiger told me about your organization because I have 2 preschools, and have 100's of preschool, Kindergarten books to donate, as well as some books up to 8th grade. We are in Lakewood, and would have to have someone pick them up. We also have games and toys, and DVD's to donate. If you can use any of these, or know anyone who can. please let me know Thank you, Sonna Elliott, EduCare Preschool
i am on the Board of a non-profit operating throughout the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. We would be interested in jointly presenting your Access Books program to our community via the leadership in the area.. An annual even appears doable.
